Contemporary / Ballet / Jazz
Nei has almost a decade of dance experience in styles ranging from ballet, jazz and contemporary to tap, pointe, and hip hop. Nei's favorite style of dance is contemporary and she loves teaching dance to bring others joy and watch them grow not only in technique but in characeter through the art of dance.
Born in Washington, DC, Skye began dancing ballet and tap and quickly grew her love for all styles of dance including cheer, stomp, and her beloved passion for hip hop. Sky believes anyone can dance and loves to teach her choreography with freedom for individuals to express their own attitude and style.
Owner / Hip Hop / Praise / Special Needs / Creative Movement
Originally from Dallas, TX, Stacey has taught various styles of dance for over 15 years. Her first love is Hip Hop and although mostly self-taught, she has also studied dance at UCO and OU. As owner of Studio 7, as well as a therapist, Stacey believes in the power of dance to heal and empower freedom and courage in students to brave beyond their comfort zones in all areas of life.
Ballet / Jazz / Tap
Christy is 23 years old and has been pursuing dance for 18 years. She will graduate in December of 2016 with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Business Administration at the University of Central Oklahoma. She has experience in a wide variety of styles and, but her favorites are jazz/contemporary and musical theater. Christy is very excited to be on staff at Studio 7 because she is passionate about sharing her love of dance with others and helping them grow as an artist and as a person.
Ballet / Tap
Marissa is a native Oklahoman with a passion for dance since birth. She has been classically trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Lyrical, and Pointe for more than 15 years. Marissa has trained with the dance programs at OU, OCU, and the Radio City Rockettes allowing for a unique and wide variety of techniques. She believes teaching is her way of giving young people the positive outlet of movement that will be with them throughout their whole life.
Ballet / Jazz / Creative Movement
Since learning to dance at 12 yrs of age, Jordan has developed a wide range of talent including ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical, and pointe. In her five years as a dance teacher, Jordan has choreographed for competitions, as well as church events, and won titles in both solo and group competitions. Jordan loves helping students grow in technique and feels blessed to be able to do what she loves.
Beth Pierce fell in love with dance at the age of 2 when she began her training. Since then she has had 17 years of experience, including taking classes with Texas Ballet Theatre and being a company member of Ballet Tyler in Tyler, Texas. She discovered her passion for teaching dance at 14 when she began assisting and subbing for dance classes. Her favorite thing about teaching is watching kids (and adults too) have a "lightbulb moment" when they find something works for them, as well as seeing what joy and freedom dance can bring. Molly is a local Oklahoman who began dancing in her hometown studio when she was 4 years old. She went on to perform and compete for her studio as well as her high school Pom team. Molly has experience performing and competing in ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and Pom. She loves watching the little ones get excited about remembering a step or routine. It is much more than just a dance, it is an accomplishment!
Emily first discovered yoga while running competitively in high school. After her first year of college she decided to leave to pursue a certificate through Holy Yoga. In 2015 she completed the 225 hour instructor training in Williams, Arizona. Since completing the first training she’s also completed the Holy Yoga touch training. Her hope as an a teacher is to create a safe and welcoming space for students to find worship in the movement of yoga and to promote the self-awareness that yoga has taught her.
